About the extension

This is an extension for Minigolf Designer and requires the base game to play. This extension brings new design challenges and event cards. The box also contains an additional mini-game that let players putt on their minigolf course once completed, thanks to custom dice.
With this extension, you will have 47 new design challenges to replace the challenges proposed by the client cards and you will be able to play a series of 5 games through a campaign. The two clients will stay the same during the campaign, but the Press Cards will change for every game.
The two new clients are Mrs Pressco and Mr Profeet. Mrs Pressco gives you victory points according to the brand new Press Cards which are drawn at the beginning of the game. And Mr Profeet gives you victory points according to the profit you have made with your Minigolf Course design. Now players will invest money in buying their Land Card and marketing campaigns, and will get revenues according to the popularity of their Minigolf Course.
You will be able to record your progress through the campaign thanks to a notepad, knowing that your rank, press points earned and profit will have an impact on your next game.
The extension also comes with 64 Fame Cards, that can be played during the game to help you mitigate the randomness of the game.
And finally, the extension also contains 21 new Land Cards to renew the land designs.
Putting Dice Game
This extension also contains a totally separated mini-game that let you putt on your minigolf course, as if you were playing a real Putt Putt game. The game uses custom dice to simulate each putt. Successful putting has to do with 2 values: Accuracy and strength. The flags drawn on the dice faces will give you accuracy and the number of dice gives you strength. You can choose the number of dice to roll: the more dice you roll, the stronger is your putt, but also the greater are your chances to lose accuracy.
Therefore, a good putt will require you to find the right balance between the strength needed and your chances to obtain the accuracy expected. In the following example, the player succeeded a hole in one, by rolling enough dice and getting enough accuracy flags (3 dices for the 3 tiles of the hole, and 4 accuracy flags for the Par 4 of the hole).
